talk about what it was like to be a fitness competitor and why it
isn't a good idea to focus ONLY on the external component of
fitness.
My work-wife Holly Dykstra joins me today, and as an ex-fitness
competitor and someone who has gone from a size 18 to a size 4 and
now sits comfortably at a range somewhere in-between, Holly
explains why chasing the goal of fitting your body into someone
else's pre-determined box is SUPER dangerous for your brain and
your personal body image.
