Today I'm talking about something that's been buggin' me lately.
Appetite suppressants, waist trainers, skinny teas... lots of this
crap is lurking in the influence of social media that we see every
day, even if we don't notice it. That's a lot of subliminal "you
need X to be skinny and therefore, be worthy".
So I'm talking about taking a social media detox, or at least perfecting your strategy so that you can be following all the good stuff, and unfollowing things that don't serve you.
