This episode is a reading on a long-form post I made in one of
the fitness accountability groups I'm a part of. It's really sad to
constantly hear the culture that women live in - their either "on"
150% and doing ALL the right things, or they think they "slipped"
and have a hard time with the feelings associated with the slip
(cheat, treat, skipped workout, etc.)
These are just my honest thoughts about it; for what it's worth!
