Despite being an advocate for self-love, body positivity, self-acceptance and confidence building strategies... I'm here to tell you that WE ALL HAVE BAD DAYS, including me. I had a very imperfect, negative day last week and felt the need to share this realness with you. I love working on myself, developing, and having a "glass-half-full" mindset, but that doesn't mean I'm immune to negativity. Here's how I recognize it and work on handling that sh*t.
